This necklace is hand-knotted with 4 strands of 6mm x 8mm cultured freshwater pearls as well as all natural semi-precious stones (Amethyst, Citrine, Garnet and Peridot) twisted together and finished with a 18mm 18k white gold plated magnetic clasp. This necklace is adjustable between 18" to 21" by twisting or untwisting.
